Payment
1) Full payment for your stay is required no later than the day of arrival. Under Article 2102 of the Civil Code, guests who refuse to pay may have their luggage withheld.
2) A credit card number will be required as a guarantee. A pre-authorization hold may appear as a pending charge. In rare cases, the authorization may result in a temporary debit, which will be refunded automatically by the bank.
Room rates are per night. Failure to pay will result in immediate eviction, with possible legal action. In case of dispute, jurisdiction lies with the summary judge of the civil courts. If a guest cannot provide a credit card, the reservation may not be honored.
3) Any breakfast not canceled by midnight the day before, and any garage spot not canceled at least 24 hours in advance, will be charged to the guest.
Room Access, Arrival, and Departure
4) The hotel reserves the right to refuse service to guests whose attire is indecent or who behave in a noisy, inappropriate, intoxicated, or disorderly manner.
5) All guests must provide their identity (and age) upon check-in. Access will be refused if no occupant is of legal age (18+). Guests may not admit additional persons into their rooms without authorization. Occupancy exceeding the reserved number will be charged at the current rate for extra persons.
6) Check-in is from 2:00 PM unless otherwise agreed. Check-out is by 11:30 AM. Baggage storage is available at reception. A credit card hold will be taken at arrival.
7) Upon departure, guests must return their room key to reception. Taking any hotel property without permission will incur charges. Electronic keys must not be given to others.
Children and Extra Beds
Children are the sole responsibility of their guardians and must not be left unattended in the room.
Upon request, a free baby cot is available subject to availability in Superior or Family rooms.
Children under 3 stay free using existing bedding. Children and adults over 3 require a rollaway bed (€23 per night or €26 in high season), subject to availability in Superior or Family rooms.
A maximum of one baby cot and one rollaway bed are allowed per room. These supplements are not included in the booking total and must be paid separately.
Pets
Pets are allowed with a supplement of €5. They must be supervised and may not be left alone in the room. Any damage caused is the owner’s responsibility. Service dogs are allowed free of charge with prior agreement.
Damage and Disturbances
8) Guests must use the facilities respectfully. Any damage will be charged to the guest’s credit card, including a €700 penalty for deliberate damage. Water damage must be reimbursed in full, including damages to other rooms if applicable.
9) A cleaning fee may be charged if the room is left in an unacceptable state. Minimum €1,000 fee for damage to carpets, bedding, or furniture.
10) Guests must cover any direct or indirect damages, which may be claimed through insurance.
11) All rooms are non-smoking. A €70 fee will be charged for smoking in rooms. Persistent smoking may result in eviction.
12) Non-compliance with house rules will lead to eviction without refund. Unreported minibar or other charges may be charged to the credit card. Guests must not nail or move furniture.
13) Noise is prohibited; any disturbance will lead to eviction without refund. Quiet hours are 9:00 PM to 9:00 AM. Inappropriate noise may be reported to the police, and commercial activities are forbidden in guest rooms.
Prohibitions
Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the hotel. Violators face a €70 fee and/or legal action. Tampering with smoke detectors is forbidden; false alarms cost €250. Cooking or washing clothes in rooms is not allowed.
