1) Payment of the entire stay is required at least upon the arrival. By application of article 2102 of the Civil Code, the customer cannot oppose the retention of his luggage if he refuses to pay.
2) A credit card number will be required as a guarantee. A pre-authorization is made as a deposit. In some cases, however, the pre-authorization may appear as a pending charge on the bank account associated with the card used. In rare cases, the pre-authorization may result in a debit from the customer's bank account even before the actual debit is effective. In this case, the balance will be re-credited automatically by the bank to the customer and appear as a refund.
Room rates are established per night. Failure to pay will result in the immediate expulsion of the customer subject to legal proceedings for the settlement of his due. In the event of a dispute, jurisdiction will be attributed to the civil courts judge. In the event that the customer could not provide a bank card, we would be in the possibility of not acceding to his request for room rental.
3) Unconsumed breakfast not canceled the day before before midnight will be charged to the customer. The same will apply to any garage spot not canceled at least 24 hours in advance.
3) The reception has the freedom not to receive customers whose dress is indecent and/or neglected, whose behavior is noisy, incorrect, alcoholic, contrary to morality and public order.
4) Anyone wishing to stay at the Hotel is required to make known their identity and age, as well of the people accompanying them. Access will be refused if none of the occupants is 18 years or +. The customer may not bring into the room third parties not known to the hotelier (Ordinance of the Prefect of Police of October 28, 1936 modified by Ordinance Art. 9 of February 1, 1940), except with the authorization of the reception. Also, the customer cannot occupy a room for more people than the maximum occupancy of the reserved room. In case of non-compliance with this rule, the hotel reserves the right to invoice the responsible customer for the cost of the room corresponding to the number of excess persons, whether or not the customer is present, at the rate in effect at the time of the breach of this rule. The hotel will charge those fees to the credit card of the customer.
5) On arrival, unless agreed by the reception, customer cannot demand to occupy the room before 2 p.m. Nightly rental ends at 11:30 a.m. regardless of the customer's arrival time. A luggage service allows customers to leave their luggage at the reception. A credit card will be requested by the reception upon your arrival.
6) When leaving, the customer must return the room card to the reception. It is prohibited to take away any object or whatsoever belonging to the hotel. You must notify the hotel you take away anything mistake and return it at your own expense, otherwise it will be charged. The room key is an electronic key that the customer can keep with him. However, you must not entrust it to a person.
Children are the sole responsibility of the client. It is forbidden to leave them unattended in the room.
At the customer's request, the hotel can provide a baby cot, which is free of charge. The supply of a baby cot is subject to availability and can only be installed in superior or family rooms.
One child up to 3 years old stays free of charge when using existing bedding.
Children and adults over 3 years old are not permitted to use a baby cot. Customer must ask the hotel for the use of an extra bed, which will be charged at the rate of €23 (or €26 in high season) per night. The supply of an extra bed is subject to availability and can only be installed in superior or family rooms.
The maximum number of baby cots in the room is 1. The maximum number of extra beds in the room is 1.
Supplements are not automatically calculated in the total amount of the reservation on the various sites and must be paid separately directly with at the reception.
Pets are allowed with a supplement of 5€.
Pets are the sole responsibility of their owner. It is not allowed to leave animals unattented in the room. Any damage they may cause is entirely the responsibility of the customer. Assistance dogs are admitted free of charge with the prior agreement of the reception.
7) The customer must use the thing rented in accordance with good morals. The rooms made available to our customers are verified, functional and in good condition. Our customers are invited to report any breach immediately to the hotel reception. In the event of a problem, the customer will have to engage his civil liability. In case of damages, the hotel reserves the right to charge the customer the repair or replacement cost. Same politic will be applied for any violation or damage observed after the departure of the customer, the compensation amount will be charged from the customer's credit card. The hotel may demand, in the event of voluntary or involuntary damages to equipments, objects, furniture belonging to the hotel, full reimbursement with a penalty and damages of €700. The hotel may demand in the event of flooding or water damage, voluntary or involuntary, full reimbursement of the damage caused. In the event of damage to other rooms, reimbursement of the nights of other customers will be required.
8) The hotel may require a cleaning fee if the room is left in a state that will be deemed unsuitable. In case of deterioration of the carpet, bedding or any other furniture, the hotel will demand reimbursement of the damage with a minimum flat rate of €1,000 for repairs and for the inability of renting the room(s).
9) In general, the customer must bear all damages caused directly to the hotel or indirectly to other hotel customers. He can appeal to his insurance (if he wishes to be reimbursed) for all the voluntary or involuntary damage he will cause during his stay.
10) All our rooms are non-smoking. The hotel reserves the right to charge €70 to the customer who smokes in his room. If the customer wishes to continue smoking inside or outside the indicated areas, he will be required to leave the hotel.
11) In the event of non-compliance with the internal rules of the hotel, the customer will be required to leave the hotel without being able to ask any refund. The hotel reserves the right to charge the amount of consumption not declared on departure as well as damage to the room. This amount will be deducted from the deposit provided upon check-in or the credit card used for the payment of the room. The hotel will have no obligation to notify the customer but can provide him with an invoice on request. Customers should not nail anything to the walls or move any furniture.
12) Noise, even durng daytime, is prohibited. The customer causing disorder will be required to leave the hotel immediately and without refund. In the interest of the tranquility of the hotel, all noise must cease between 9:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m. For the respect and rest of other customers, be careful not to slam the doors or make noise, especially between 9:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m. Any neighborhood noise related to the behavior of a person or an animal under the responsibility of the customer, may lead the reception to require the customer to leave the hotel without it being necessary to carry out acoustic measurements, when the noise generated is likely to affect the tranquility of customers (art. R.1334-30 and R; 1334-31 of the Public Health Code). Any inappropriate noise will be reported to the police if necessary.
A hotel room is a place of rest. All trade is strictly prohibited.
In accordance with Decree No. 2006-1386 of November 15, 2006 setting the conditions for the application of the ban on smoking, for security reasons and out of respect for everyone, our hotel is entirely non-smoking. Non-compliance with this rule exposes you to a penalty of €70 and/or legal proceedings. It is also strictly forbidden to dismantle fire detection devices, for the same reasons mentioned above. Any untimely triggering of the fire alarm for non-compliance with this provision will be charged €250 for the cost of restoring the fire safety system to service by an approved service provider.
Similarly, it is forbidden to cook in the rooms as well as to do your laundry there.
